Meet the Full Life Family

The Full Life family is on a mission to provide accessible and personalized counseling services to our clients.  In a world that is often so divided, Full Life Counseling seeks to create safe and supportive connections within our community by celebrating our commonalities as we continue to learn from our differences. We welcome humans of all backgrounds, are a safe space for LGBTQ+, and hope to assist in the continued effort to improve relationships between communities and law enforcement.

    • Owner and Clinical Director of Full Life Counseling, LLC
    • At this time, I am not accepting new clients.
      • I grew up as an "Army brat", and later served in the U.S. Army, I am a military (retired) spouse, step-parent, and lover of furry babies. I am a believer in the power of gratitude and creating meaning through difficult situations, I am a LGBTQ+ ally and have completed continuing education through the American Counseling Association (ACA) to increase understanding of LGBTQ+ Affirmative Counseling.
      • I hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional; I am also a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & TFT Tapping, Pia Mellody's Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) Model also known as the Model of Developmental Immaturity, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
      • I specialize in the treatment of complex and chronic PTSD. I am passionate about working with service members and first responders.  I have experience in providing individual therapy, facilitating 90-minute groups, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), leading educational workshops, creating group therapy and workshop curriculum, navigating case management and services provided through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS).
      • I primarily work with military and first responders.

  • Chanelle Noyes, Billing Specialist
    • I grew up as an "Army brat" and now resides just outside of Nashville, Tennessee with my three daughters and fur baby.

  • Jack
    • Registered Emotional Support Animal
    • Is an Australian Shepherd - business in the front and wiggle in the back. Jack is a gentle boy, lover of cuddles, fetch, squeaky & rope toys, and peanut butter based treats.
    • Jack has a detached retina in his right eye and can be shy at first.  Because he does not have a clear line-of-sight to the door, when he hears the chime, he may give a protective "grump" (does not typically bark) because he knows that someone has come into the office but does not yet know who it is. While we know that he does not mean to be rude, we are still actively working on this behavior with positive reinforcement. We honor his boundaries by letting him take his time to warm up to humans and deciding when he is ready for cuddles.
